Pilot Light Records a Label for Emerging Indie Artists

Emerging independent artists have found a new home with Pilot Light Records, a new kind of record label, powered by Factory Underground Studio of Norwalk, CT.

We allow artists to take control of their careers, owning their own master recordings and protecting their rights, while providing them advanced music marketing and promotional services to build a solid fan base, and earn a maximum amount of royalty from their recorded music and publishing.

Part of our mission is also educating our artists on matters of music business, in some cases guiding them to create accounts with PROs like ASCAP and BMI, and royalty collection agencies such as Sound Exchange and Song Trust.

Alternative Singer-Songwriter Vicki F Releases 4 Part Series "Hideaway Sessions"

Vicki F, a founding member of 80's punk band, Troupe DiCoupe, who headlined CBGBs and Max's Kansas City, has re-emerged as a post-punk solo artist. After releasing her 2019 debut solo album, Definite Yes, Vicki returned to Factory Underground Studio in Norwalk, CT to film a new live music series "Hideaway Sessions."
